One day Bigfoot () was visiting downtown Spearfish. He had never been to Spearfish before, but he had heard that it had an interesting history (). Plus, when you stop to think about it, what could be better for a balanced Bigfoot () diet than speared fish ()?It sure got his salivary glands () a flowin'. Anyway, Bigfoot was walking along, thinking about Buddha and the Four Noble Truths () when some kid yelled at him from a passing 1969 Camaro (), "Hey, why don't you take off your mask!" () Ouch. That definitely hurt Bigfoot's feelings (). So he opened up his backpack and took out his Chicken Soup for the Bigfoot Soul () and started to read, trying to raise his self esteem. As his teary eyes adjusted to the page, he thought he heard someone talking to him in his native language (). What is his native language, you ask? Well, he's been sighted a lot in Washington state () and that is the home of the Seattle SuperSonics (), and Bigfoot is said to be in the Guinness Book of World Records () for being the first Sasquatch who could slam dunk a b-ball, so you do the math! ()

But I digress. When Bigfoot got up to see who was speaking his language (), he came face to face with Mrs. Hansen, Spearfish Middle School librarian, who is widely known to love literature () but is not so much of a fan of giant mammals (). However, she does have an affection for unexplainable, mysterious creatures (). Why else would she have picked teaching as her career? () Anyway, Mrs. Hansen wiped the tears from Bigfoot's eyes, not caring a bit about the potential spread of infectious Bigfoot diseases () and asked him to be her guest for dinner. So, off to Custer State Park () they went. And what did they eat? Trout (), of course!! The end.
